SKILLS ASSESSMENTA skills assessment can help a person find his/her way and to define his/her career transition project. This is a step that aims to draw up an in-depth inventory of the knowledge accumulated by the dancer through the course of his/her professional and personal life, to translate this knowledge in terms of skills and to make them count in his/her favour. It gives insight into the behaviour and the motivations of the person by means of an analysis of his/her values and interests. The goal is to identity two potential targets of professional transition. This process is carried out with the help of a psychologist and counsellor in the field of professional orientation. This service can be offered by the RDP following a one-to-one counselling if justified by the dancer’s situation. A skills assessment is valued at CHF 500.- and can be paid for by the RDP. |
