Professional dancers have neither a trainer, nor do they have a manager.
They alone are in charge of their careers.

On average, a dancer’s performance career lasts 15 years.

Dance is a profession that requires demanding training and a vocation
that involves the whole being, which is driven by an intimate necessity.

François Passard – Executive Director of Emmaüs Geneva, former responsible for touring and press at the Grand Théâtre de Genève, former co-director of the Ballet du Grand Théâtre de Genève, former dancer.

Daniela Agustoni Steiner – delegate in charge of cultural affairs of the City of La Chaux-de-Fonds, representative of the Conférence des Villes suisses en matière culturelle (CVSC) as part of the Conférence Permanente Danse, former administrator of Sinopia Dance Ensemble.

Jean-François Kessler - Ballet master and teacher. Former dancer at the Ballet de l'Opéra de Paris and at the Ballet National de Marseille under the direction of Marie-Claude Pietragalla. Has aslo danced in several musicals.

Karine Grasset – general secretary of the RDP, general secretary of la Corodis, former dancer.
