Coaching
COACHINGCoaching is the personalised guidance of the dancer by a specialist in orientation and professional reinsertion. The aim is to assist the dancer through the different stages leading to the realisation of his/her professional transition project. The coaching takes place through multiple individual meetings in the course of which the dancer is led to obtain predetermined objectives. He/she aims to identify the values and the motivations of the person as well as to keep in mind his/her strengths and weaknesses. The coaching can be offered to dancers who correspond to the criteria stipulated by the association under Eligibility on the basis of his/her transition project. A complete coaching costs CHF 720.- and consists of 6 individuals meetings. This can be paid for by the RDP. |
